Yoka®


Yoka® is an elevated sequence with a high therapeutic effect, which we will receive with interested states in certain groups and workshops. The aim is to practice the sequence as demanding (in the optimal autumn 2-3 injuries). Namesake is Yogi Kazim, the leader is 100 years old and this sequence has been in the last 65 years. Without knowing any new studies, Yogi Kazim, who is still practicing and refuting, has unlawful rights that affect our health into old age. All movements are strengthened and stretched. Joints are mobilized and heard. It has a rejuvenating effect, as the fasciae remain supple or become again through the movements. Disabled exercise safely build up and lose fat, was related to good health and another general. In addition to physical exercises, it is also about breathing techniques, which have a strong positive effect on our cardiovascular and respiratory systems. By varying the exercises, Yoka® is new to everyone. All age groups, strong and flexible people, also not so strong and rather stiff people, can change.
